Our Founder

Dr. Candace Warner has spent her career in learning design, workforce strategy, and training. She’s developed programs for hundreds of organizations and has deep experience in instructional design and economic mobility for workers. After years of consulting and growing her organizational culture consultancy, she saw a clear gap between traditional vocational training and what today’s workforce needs—especially in skilled trades. PATTERN6 is the platform she wants to support the new AI economy–whether in the U.S. or globally–affordable, smart training that respects both the learner and the craft while expanding economic development.
